We are breeders of toy and miniature Australian now Miniature American Shepherds. We breed the Australian shepherd but in a smaller package. Smart, loyal, athletic they make great agility and obedience contenders. Registered with AKC as Miniature American Shepherds they have full showing rights at AKC shows. These little aussies fit in a camper or saddlebag. They make great therapy and service dogs. I have been breeding AKC registered dogs for over 45 years. Our goal is to have a beautiful companion that could be shown in AKC shows, or just a beautiful companion that sits on your lap or stays at your feet. I have bred Siberian Huskies, and Australian Shepherds. I have shown most of the herding group and part of the working group. I believe I have an extensive knowledge of conformation and movement in the working and herding dogs. I can help you choose a puppy or older adult that will suit your needs. We will work together to make your puppy experience a great one. Whether it is showing or companion puppy I can help you with your goals. At Shadow Fox Farm we strive to make family companions that can compete at dog shows in conformation and other venues. We genetically test all breeding stock for current canine diseases that affect the toy and mini American Shepherd.
